Resources

Spectrum.gov is designed to be a central location for information about federal spectrum uses — and that includes resources and information that spectrum managers and policy-makers need to support their missions. This section of spectrum.gov provides access to many of those resources.

  • Regulatory Resources Hub

The Regulatory Resources Hub is a centralized location for the foundational statues, regulations, presidential memorandums and executive orders governing federal spectrum use, as well as access to international documents developed by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and other organizations.

  • Spectrum Innovation Hub

The Spectrum Innovation Hub will spotlight and explore U.S. initiatives, programs and projects that push the envelope and expand the reach of spectrum technologies and spectrum management.

  • Spectrum NextGEN Hub

The Spectrum NextGEN Hub will feature efforts and programs to promote workforce development in spectrum-related fields, including educational initiatives and projects at the K-12, university (undergraduate and post-graduate) and professional levels.

  • NTIA Manual (Redbook)

Users can find the NTIA Manual (Redbook) in its digital, “e-book” format, providing access to all of the regulations governing operation of federal stations and systems.
